The inside diameter of 45mm fits snug but not painful, and the stretchy silicone slides on smooth without any pinching. I've used it a few times now and the extra fullness is definitely noticeable, though you do need a bit of lube to get it positioned right. Solid buy for the price.
The silicone is genuinely soft and flexible, so slipping it on around the shaft took zero effort even when I was already half-hard. Held everything snugly without any pinching for a solid 20 minutes, and the thick girth effect was definitely noticeable.
The 45mm size was exactly what I needed for my thicker shaft, and the soft silicone stretches just enough to slip on easily without any pinching. I've used it a few times now and it holds snugly all session long, giving that extra fullness I was after.
