The silicone is so soft and smooth that I barely felt it going in, even though I'm new to this. The medium size gives just enough fullness without being intimidating, and cleanup took less than a minute.
The 3.5-inch size was the perfect starting point for me—the tapered tip slid in easily and the soft silicone base stayed comfortable during longer wear. I've worn it for about an hour at a time with no irritation, which honestly surprised me.
The soft silicone feels way better than the cheaper stuff I've tried before, and the tapered shape made the 3-inch one slide in without any fuss. Started with the smallest and honestly can't wait to work up to the 4.5-inch one.
