Honestly didn't expect the ribbed texture to make that much difference, but it does. The stretchy sleeve is forgiving to get on and once it's there, I stay noticeably fuller and harder. Solid three nights of use so far and it's held up great.
The ribbed texture is subtle enough that it doesn't get uncomfortable, but you definitely feel the difference. Stays put during wear without too much adjusting, though putting it on takes a bit of patience. Solid upgrade from a basic ring, just wish it came in a second size option for a snugger fit.
The stretchy sleeve does add noticeable girth and keeps things firmer, which is what I wanted. But the ribbed texture feels a bit more pronounced than I'd like during longer wear, so it's not something I reach for every time.
