Doc Johnson Nettoyant pour jouets - Antibactérien - 4 fl. oz.

This spray does the job without any fuss, and the simple pump action makes it easy to hit every part of the toy. I like that it’s antibacterial and body-safe, so I don’t stress about residue before or after use. The 4-ounce bottle has lasted me a good while, too.
